Logo Dog - Won't Refund or Hear Constructive Criticism

So wait, Steve, I stole my own credit card? You took it down on the phone, ran it, and kept the money? My name and address, I\'m not sure where I committed fraud.

I guess if credit card fraud is using your own credit card and getting scammed, then yes I am a victim.

Hired this company for some basic logo work.Wasn't happy with what I got for $500 so I complained.

Owner wouldn't return calls or emails until he decided to go on an outrage and start threatening me with physical abuse. Can't make that up! Made threats and wouldn't get in touch to fix the issue - which was poor, sloppy logos. It was not a hard task and it went extremely wrong.

Many logo design companies and independant graphic artists out there, no need to use logo dog for anything other than a laugh. It must use the word "dog" because the logos I got were "dog ***."

The guy who runs Logodog is an absolute unprofessional cretin.I had the same experience years ago and I can't believe he is still in business.

Complete bait and switch. The logos on the site look nice but what I got had nothing to do were amateur and the graphic had nothing to do with our company. I was basically told tough and when I complained more, he became extremely belligerent to the point of receiving numerous abusive emails from him.

I am not the first one - google Logodog and there are a number of similar complaints.Luckily we were able to charge back the cost since he absolutely refused to refund us for a *** logo we would never use.

I purchased from www.eliteserum.com and never received my order! When I complained, I could actually hear them laughing at me on the phone!

Tim Schmidt of Elite Skin, Elite Serum is one of the most pathetic losers I've ever met!Do not do business with them!

I am glad that Logodog is finally being exposed here as a giant fraud.I was taken by Steve Carlson in 2009, and I will never forget it.

Same MO as the other posters.

Promised the world, delivered nothing and then quoted some obscure terms, refused refund and then threatened with violence.I hope this guy is put behind bars where he belongs.

That is funny you say that he threatened you, Tim.Carlson also threatened me with violence when I complained about the bait and switch scam.

He told me he is 230 lbs and 'ripped' and will 'beat me to a pulp'. I should have filed a police report also, but I would be happy to turn over this email evidence to you for your case against him. He definitely needs to wake up. You can't go around scamming and then threatening your victims.

It is funny however how him and all his friends hang out on this xxx message board. How pathetic.

I have filed a police report due to the constant threats by Steve and his testosterone laced cronies. His false accusations of working in *** are dead wrong, for the record.

I own and operate health and wellness companies that help people look better, younger, and healthier.

Most of my customers are aging adults and I find the libel here a serious matter that has been turned over to the authorities, including the attorney general of Minnesota. This will be my last update here as legal proceedings are underway and I refuse to engage this loose cannon further.

I can't say p o r n o here I guess. But Steve Carlson is clearly involved in the adult business. The only people to defend this swine are *** bags that deal in indecency.

I was also a victim last year of sweet talking Steve Carlson. He promises the world on the phone and on his website but then delivers some garbage and threatens with his 'terms' that state no refunds.

I'm glad somebody has the balls to call him out on this. I hope they put this *** behind bars. Clearly a bait and switch at work here. He sure has alot of friends and different user names on that *** website he keeps posting here.

I don't need to keep linking to it.

You would think that Carlson is highly involved in the *** business and that website as he is obsessed with it.That is something to be very proud of, Steve!

How does that make Mr.Schmidt a fraud?

Most wealthy people have their business matters handled by an accounting firm. I personally travel outside the USA frequently and have all of my mail directed to accounting and legal contacts of mine.

These attacks on the victim are asinine.I'd take legal action against Logo Dog too based on what they write here.

seems plenty of people on gfy.com were pretty pissed about this post.old bullsmoke posted *** about logo dog and didn't even know how to post the logos he was complaining about.

seems to me he just didn't want to show his buddies business name - but eventually the logos surfaced and bullsmoke was banned. cowards if you ask me. love how this tim schmidt *** was outed.

shady is a funny name.fits.

I was also on the board that board. Bullsmoke -real winners.

The address provided here does not belong to Tim Schmidt. The home owner is Christopher & Tara Dipasquale. Looks like they're accountants after searching them on Google.

Maybe Tim Schmidt lives with his accountants? Not sure about that, but surely gives reason to investigate the potential of fraud. I'd say something is fish, for sure.

Yea...I was on a board this week and saw that this guy had his friends post negative things about logo dog.

They guy was bullsmoke, has a business at bullsmokedotcom. Real loser. Who posts lies about a company while trashing their own name? Anyway, logodog eventually heard about the thread and blew bullmoke out of the water by posting the logos and info about tim schmidt.

bullsmoke was eventually banned from he site. The logos looked real nice to me. Not sure what the whining was all about.

This guys an ***, he's just spreading lies about his company.Shame on him.

Tim Schmidt, aka "Tim Shady" is under investigation for credit card theft. www.Eliteserum.com, and www.Eliteskin.com, operated by Tim Schmidt, are suspect and should be avoided.

He hides behind several fronts, www.beachmarketing.com, www.timshadey.net, www.miamiblog.com - just to name a few.

I read about this on an Internet forum, his "friends" were sticking up for him by posting stuff like "don't do business with the other guy." Pretty childish.

Here is the friend's information.

"Candyflip" - 585-317-8374 is sue gleason's number... his wife... and his number is 585-672-7057.

Witness the IQ here with the double post.

If impeccable service is questioning my constructive criticism and sending over subpar logos, then I don't know the meaning of impeccable.

I'll close in saying that since this has gone on, I've received threatening emails like "I'm 6'2, ripped and will kick your a$$."

Very professional, Steve.

Buyer beware.

Tim Schmidt hired our firm to design a logo for a skin care business he's associated with.

We supplied this client with impeccable service, accurate design samples, and friendly customer service.

The client simply didn't like the samples provided and demanded a refund. Our terms of service clearly explain our refund policy. He was not willing to comply with the terms he agreed to.

Bottom line, we provided the service as purchased, he simply didn't like the samples, which offered solid solutions to his logo design needs.

He's enlisted a few of his blog buddies to publish libelous content. They'll learn that a friendship with Tim Schmidt is a costly one.
